Award-winning Fi’lia at SLS Dubai Hotel and Residences will be offering an exclusive iftar menu for AED 175 per person during the holy month of Ramadan where guests will be delighted to enjoy a delicious selection of Italian and traditional specialties to delight the senses, blending the richness of Ramadan dishes with Italian flavours.
To break the fast, the starters include a Roasted Red Pepper Soup served with bread, and sumptuous Stuffed Dates with burrata, bresaola, honey, and pistachio. The Truffle Labneh is accompanied by breadsticks and extra virgin olive oil, and the sweet Roasted Beetroot is perfectly complemented with yogurt, citrus, and focaccia bread, and a fresh Tomato and Mint Salad with molasses, olives, and feta cheese and freshness to the selection of starters.
The main courses include a blend of Italian and Middle Eastern flair with the Lemon Chicken Tajine, tender pieces of slow-cooked chicken served with fluffy couscous, apricots, and honey, for a mix of sweet and acidic notes.
A tender Seabass Sayadieh is pan-seared to perfection, then topped with the nutty crunch of pine nuts and the brightness of citrus awaits the seafood lovers.
The Saffron Risotto is cooked to perfection with saffron, resulting in a vibrant sunny dish served with creamy burrata and sweet pomegranate seeds for an extra burst of flavour.
To conclude a delicious Iftar meal, the star dessert stands out, a light and refreshing Revani. A traditional Ramadan dessert of semolina and yogurt cake is infused with the tangy notes of mandarin, both sweet and satisfying, and leaving guests fully satisfied.
The Iftar daily menu is available from sunset only until 7:30 pm throughout the month of Ramadan, with guests able to order dishes off Fi’lia’s regular menu during Iftar. The Iftar menu is not available during Eid.
Guests can enjoy dishes off the a la carte menu after 7:30 pm.
