Warm, homely, and hospitable are some of the ways to describe the new Italian concept making its way into the F&B scene in Dubai. Bringing a whole new meaning to homegrown, Miracolo presents head Chef Marco Miracolo who is known as the master of pizza making in Italy. Marco showcases so much talent in the art and science of pizza making that he teaches the technique at schools in Italy and has been awarded the certification to teach pizza making globally. Francesco Miracolo, co-owner, and brother of Marco will be managing the restaurant while his brother cooks up a storm! Both their wives will also be working in the venue, client servicing, and providing guests with the best of Italian hospitality.
The Venue is located in the Burj Daman area of Dubai Financial Centre, Miracolo is situated in a sizable space with indoor and alfresco dining options. The menu offers a range of delectable flatbreads made with a special dough and ingredients hand-picked by Chef Marco himself in Italy. Some of the champion items on the menu will include, pizza embellished with caviar, a perfectly crunchy yet cloudy Double-cooked pizza, and a deliciously simple chicken confit and truffle.
Co-owner and manager Francesco says “ It is a pleasure and honor to bring our family business from Napoli to the UAE. We are beyond excited to build a relationship with the region and the lovely people in it. Not only are we pouring ourselves into this project but our lineage too. My father opened Pizzeria Miracolo da Andrea in 1989, and it is with great privilege that my brother and I bring the love and warmth of our family business to Dubai.”
Miracolo oozes character and quirk, with the sign wall which is a tribute to all the Italian hand gestures. An entire wall with ceramic hands propped up side by side, teaching the Dubai folk how to communicate the Italian way! The space transports guests to Italy with the Italian trinkets laid upon the shelves and tables. Whether patrons choose to indulge in a hearty meal or nibble, Miracolo invites guests to indulge in the authentic Italian way.
