The final day welcomed another wave of industry professionals, bartenders, and brand leaders eager to learn, connect, and discover what’s next in the region’s rapidly evolving bar scene.
Educational programming continued to spark meaningful dialogue, with a strong focus on sustainability throughout the day. Just like on day one, day two of GBS saw high-energy guest shifts at the Behind Bars and Quiote Co pop-ups, with bartenders from some of Dubai’s most acclaimed venues, including Zuma, Amazonico, Revolver, Kira, 1920, Bahri Bar, and St. Regis Abu Dhabi, keeping the excitement going.
To cap off an incredibly successful debut, Bar Du Port hosted the official GBS Closing Party, featuring legendary guest shifts by icons Dré Masso and Julio Bermejo. The waterfront venue buzzed with global legends, local talent, cocktail enthusiasts, and GBS guests, all celebrating the show’s closing in style and raising a final toast to what has already been hailed as a groundbreaking moment for the MENA bar scene.
