Love is in the air at Weslodge Saloon this February as the culinary team get their cupid bows ready for Valentine’s Day. Offering a specially created romantic menu available at both City Walk and Business Bay venues – expect North American flavours, handcrafted cocktails, panoramic cityscape views, décor to set the ambience and a soundtrack to pull the heartstrings.
Valentine’s Day with a View at Weslodge Saloon Business Bay
Tick all the right romantic boxes this Valentine’s Day, starting with a sparkling view of the city and Burj Khalifa at Weslodge Business Bay. Available on February 14th, the award-winning restaurant will be serving up a seriously decadent five course menu with a glass of bubbly upon arrival and rose for each lady complete with love inspired touches at tables, as well as coffee and petit four to finish.
Kicking off with the freshest Dibba oysters topped with spicy prosecco and rose water granita, loved up couples can choose between a cold starter of Wagyu beef tartare teamed with harissa aioli, spiced roasted cashew nut and toasted sourdough or Marinated beetroot carpaccio with pickled walnut, local cress salad and gherkin mustard dressing. For the middle course, a stunning Smoked tomato risotto with burrata cream and rocket pesto is sure to impress; followed by a Black angus striploin straight off Weslodge’s famous charcoal grill with a Jerusalem artichoke puree, fondant potato and red wine jus. For fish fans or veggies there’s also a Chargrilled sole or Braised red chicory with parmesan fondue to choose from. Ending a magnificent meal on the sweetest note possible, a special Valentine’s sharing dessert will include a heart shaped platter of milk chocolate mousse and handmade sorbets.

Celebrate Valentine’s Day a deux at Weslodge Saloon City Walk
For the most romantic day of the year the team at Weslodge Saloon City Walk have created a delicious feast for two packed with North American flavours. Available on 14th February, the five-course Valentine’s Day feast will take loved up couples on a delicious journey – starting with Fresh Dibba Oyster topped with spicy prosecco and rose water granita. Tender Wagyu tartare served with harissa aioli, spiced roasted cashew nut and toasted sourdough bread or a delicious salad with Marinated beetroot carpaccio, topped with pickled walnut, local cress and gherkin mustard dressing. Because everything on Valentine’s Day must be topped with decadence, for the middle course, a stunning Smoked tomato risotto with burrata cream and rocket pesto will be served. Followed by mains including a choice of Black angus striploin straight off Weslodge’s famous charcoal grill with a Jerusalem artichoke puree, fondant potato and red wine jus, a Chargrilled sole or Braised red chicory with parmesan fondue. A heart-shaped milk chocolate mousse and raspberry sorbet will end the meal on a swoon-tastic note.
