Renowned tea sommelier and founder of HAIYATEA, Haiya Tarik, and much loved Dubai chef Roberto Segura of TABŪ, have joined forces to create a unique evening of paired Japanese tastes.
For one night only, diners will enjoy a six-course menu of TABŪ signatures, including Hamachi nigiri with aji sauce and shiso, Otoro tuna tataki, Portobello anticucho, Patagonian toothfish and Slow braised Wagyu beef short rib. These will be
complemented by specially created 0% ABV cocktails crafted using HAIYATEA and Lyre’s zero-proof spirits, in addition to hot and cold brew versions of Gyokuro, Hojicha, Yuzu Sencha and Genmaicha. The dinner will conclude with a Matcha lava cake dessert paired with Ceremonial Grade matcha.
Tickets for the one-off dinner are priced at AED 399 including taxes for six courses and paired beverages. The dinner will be held on the 25th of January at 8pm, limited seating available (20 seats only).
