
Hoof, the specialty homegrown coffee brand inspired by the grace and heritage of equestrian culture, has unveiled its newest and most expansive food menu, thoughtfully crafted to complement its signature coffees, celebrating honest ingredients through a considered farm to plate approach.
The new menu brings a fresh, flavour forward energy to the coffee ritual, with dishes designed to sit beautifully alongside Hoof’s signature brews. Across all five branches, guests can enjoy comforting favourites such as the Pulled Beef Sandwich, layered with slow cooked brisket and a deep smoky glaze, or the Chicken Harissa and Mushroom Croissant which brings together tender chicken, sautéed mushrooms and creamy melted cheese. Sweet offerings are equally indulgent, with the highlight being the Vanilla Fruits and Labneh, a creamy vanilla infused labneh topped with seasonal fruits, honey and granola.
At the Dubai Mall, Misk, Grove Village, and Muweilah branches, guests can enjoy the most extensive selection, including dishes created especially for these locations. Signature highlights include the Chicken Katsu Sando with its crisp panko crust and tender centre, and the Beef Brisket Egg Benedict served on a soft English muffin with pulled brisket, poached eggs and smooth cheddar sauce. For dessert, the Raspberry and Pistachio Pancakes delivers a vibrant, nutty balance with tart berries and crushed pistachios.
At Hoof Aljada, the menu takes on its own character with a small selection of dishes crafted exclusively for this drive through location. Highlights include the Monte Cristo, a warm brioche sandwich layered with turkey, ham and Swiss cheese, and the Roast Beef Sandwich with tender slices of beef, mustard and edam on toasted sourdough. For something sweet, the Matcha Cookie offers a soft, buttery bite infused with Japanese matcha and white chocolate.
