The laidback urban escape, Hudson Tavern has opened its doors at the Hyde Hotel Dubai in Business Bay. The opening is an extension of the first venue, located in the Hotel Mondrian Doha that launched in 2017. Hudson Tavern Dubai presents a relaxed, New York speakeasy vibe, delivering a metropolitan scene complete with craft burgers, a cold brewery, and a casual atmosphere.
Led by Chef Tolga Mutlu, this new community hangout introduces exciting culinary experiences from delicious burgers, hops and a variety of elevated bites to choose from. Drawing inspiration from much-loved American favourites, a must-try on the menu is the iconic Hudson Burger, served in a rustic house bun, the juicy prime beef patty is perfectly paired with oozing scamorza cheese. Another standout is the All Day I Dream burger, made with a wagyu beef patty, 24-month aged manchego cheese and tangy garlic aioli. Both burgers are available with an Impossible plant-based patty, perfect for plant-based diets. For the elevated bites, indulge in a unique combination of caviar and crispy Hudson Fried Chicken, as well as Tuna Tacos served in a crunchy corn tortilla, topped with beluga caviar and Hudson’s signature sauce and Gillard Oysters, served with spicy sesame sauce and mango.
This cosy neighbourhood hub offers signature craft burgers and a welcoming atmosphere for guests to wind down after a busy workday, enjoy a relaxed date night or catch up with friends over the weekend. Weekly events will make it a must-visit spot throughout the week, including a daily happy hour, a Thursday evening brunch, and a live music night on Thursdays and Fridays.
Master mixologist, Tony Paul caters to all preferences, with flavour notes ranging from sweet agave and cane sugar to bolder and bitter premium beverages. Guests can enjoy drinks for all occasions with bubbles, light, and aromatic grapes, and oaky and full-bodied drinks on the extensive menu.
