Dubai’s favourite Thai restaurant, Thiptara, has reopened its doors with an exciting new look and menu, which will transport guests to the floating markets of the Far East.
Meaning ‘spirit of the water’, Thiptara which is in Palace Downtown, sits majestically alongside the waterfront of the Dubai Fountain and the Burj Khalifa, affording guests one of the most stunning views in the city.
The state-of-the-art refurbishment features the beautiful tones of the Far East, with an experience suited to the fine diner, residents and tourists alike. Only natural materials are being used to give an authentic feel and ambiance of Thailand.
Water plays a huge part in Thai culture and is omnipresent in the relaunched Thiptara, from the décor and surroundings through the logo and menus – this is a spirit which runs throughout.
Once captivated in the new ambiance, diners will be treated to a diverse, modern menu, with truly authentic flavours of Thailand. Recipes have been handed down over generations – and passion is the key ingredient, which comes through in every mouthful.
As well as an aesthetic make-over, the restaurant has also rejuvenated its menu. Family and community is key in Thai cuisine, and Thiptara’s new menu encapsulates this with a number of sharing family style set menus.
