Hutong Dubai celebrates Veganuary with a delicious range of Northern Chinese plant-based dishes. With the rise in popularity of vegan and sustainable foods over the recent years, Hutong’s selection of dishes hope to raise awareness about the benefits of plant-based eating and encourage people to try vegan options.
Artisanally handcrafted, guests can select from a range of mouth-watering dishes, beginning with a fine and colourful selection of ‘The Vegetarian Dim Sum’ offered at Dhs 138. For starters or side dishes, guests may opt for the fan favourite Wild Mushroom & Truffle Bao and the Vegetarian Spring Roll, each for Dhs 75, as well as the Okra Wrapped in Netted Ju Suen, served in a hot and spicy chilli broth priced at Dhs 88. The main course options include the tasty Soba Noodles in Sichuan Sauce and a classic Mapo Tofu braised with chilli broad bean sauce available to diners at Dhs 108 and Dhs 90, respectively.
From 12pm to 4pm and 6pm to 2am, guests may indulge in the award-winning flavours of the occasionally fiery Northern Chinese Cuisine and pair them with some creative cocktails from the beverage menu to participate in ‘Veganuary’.
