Chef Falser has forged an incredible career spanning continents and prestigious kitchens. He began his culinary training in Italy and Switzerland then held significant positions in restaurants from Bermuda to China. Since 2014, he has been the Chef de Cuisine at Johannesstube in the Engel Gourmet & Spa in Nova Levante, Italy, where he earned a Michelin star within his first year. His culinary philosophy emphasises using local, natural ingredients to create innovative and traditional dishes that reflect the beauty of South Tyrol.
Renowned for his culinary philosophy of ‘taste nature,’ Chef Falser embodies a celebrated farm-to-table approach, drawing on his profound connection to local ingredients and vast global expertise. From the picturesque mountains of Italy to the majestic heights of Oman, he brings a unique fusion of natural flavours and innovative techniques.

On 4 and 5 April, guests can indulge in a meticulously curated seven-course set menu showcasing Chef Falser’s culinary brilliance, complemented by expertly paired beverages for those who wish to elevate their experience. This experience is priced at OMR 75 for food with a grape pairing for OMR 100. Highlights include lavender-baked red onions with caviar to Omani tuna “spaghetti” and blueberry-braised Wagyu beef cheek, celebrating local ingredients and Chef Falser’s skills.
