For UAE’s 50th National Day we are celebrating with special cocktails and desserts. Available from the 1st of December till the 4th. Kick start your evening with a Pisco Sour made with COYA exclusive pisco, fresh lime juice, simple syrup, pasteurized egg whites, and bitters, or if you’re feeling fruity try the Blueberry Sour made with freshly squeezed lime juice, blueberry mix, simple syrup, and pasteurized egg whites. For a sweet end to your night indulge in the Paleta de Piña Colada, a pina colada popsicle, and white chocolate for AED52.
Rev your engines for the start of F1 in Abu Dhabi. After the successful relaunch back in September in COYA Dubai, the famous COYA Ritual party is set to return to the capital on Wednesday 8th of December with Resident DJ Eva Voytko taking over the decks. Cruise through the weekend (9th till the 12th) with special curated dishes. The two dishes on offer include the succulent Roasted Chicken, cooked with rosemary, amarillo chilli cream, and capers or the delicious Slow Cooked Bone-in Beef Ribs made with ginger-garlic vinaigrette and dijon mustard mayonnaise. Sides feature roasted brussel sprouts with soy butter, coal-baked cauliflower with Manchego cheese, and potato and beetroot salad. Guests can grab a seat on the outdoor terrace and take in the spectacular views while savoring impeccable food.
This Christmas we are ‘Dreaming of a gold Christmas’ at COYA Dubai with a five-course festive menu available from December 19th till the 25th for AED640 per person. Get ready to ignite your senses as you feast upon a selection of COYA faves such as ceviches, Tarskaya oysters, lobster baos, and more. For mains choose between the delicious Wagyu flank steak, butterfly chicken, or famous char-grilled sea bream in banana leaf. No Christmas feast would be complete without a dazzling dessert, so make sure you save room for the dark and white chocolate yule log with raspberry, plum, and pecan. For those who wish a la carte, Head Chef Eric and his talented team have curated two festive specials; Wagyu flank steak and butterfly red label chicken, both come with stir-fried sweetcorn and coal-roasted sweet potato. The mouthwatering Festivo Tronco de Navidad – dark and white chocolate yule log is also available for those who dine a la carte.

For New Year’s Day, COYA Dubai will be running its famous, high-energy brunch to continue the 2022 celebrations and at night an a la carte menu as well as special dishes will be featured. The special dishes include Tacos de Erizo de Mar, sea urchin, cucumber, aji rocoto, and sesame aioli. The Wok Salteado de Mejillones, mussels, chilli oil, leek, mushrooms, aubergine, coriander, and baos. Ceviche de Vieiras, scallop, red radish, beetroot, canch and, aji limo. Tarta de Piña Roasted pineapple, vanilla shorties, passion fruit.
