Guests can indulge their culinary senses with a limited-edition chocolate to celebrate Jumeirah Burj Al Arab’s 25th anniversary. Crafted by Les Desserts’ Executive Pastry Chef Tom Coll, it features a blend of almond and hazelnut praline with the subtle crunch of puffed wild rice.
“The creation of this chocolate marks our 25th anniversary with a simple yet thoughtful gesture” said Chef Tom Coll, who brings 15 years of experience in the field, with a strong background in desserts, pastries, and bread-making, complemented by his creativity and drive for innovation. “Each ingredient has been carefully selected to reflect the character of the iconic Jumeirah Burj Al Arab on this special occasion.”
Chef Coll’s exceptional ability has been recognized across the industry with numerous prestigious awards including being named Pastry Chef of the Year at Leaders in F&B 2024. In 2023 he won the Gault&Millau Chef of the Year as Executive Pastry Chef at Jumeirah Burj Al Arab.
