Taking place at Chef Daniel’s first concept in the Middle East and namesake, Brasserie Boulud, the specially curated five-course menu showcases a variety of French delicacies and canapés. Crafted to perfection by one of the world’s leading culinary authorities, gourmands can look forward to an exceptional culinary journey of high-quality ingredients, thoughtfully sourced, to create simple dishes complemented by complex flavours, with packages starting at AED 450.
Saumon a l’Oseille, Raviolis Artichaud & Truffes, and Tournedeau de Boeuf a la Moelle join a line-up of masterfully prepared plates in the open kitchen of the contemporary chic restaurant, where Chef Daniel and Chef de Cuisine, Nicolas Lemoyne will delight with their culinary craft.
