The newly opened, multi award-winning Mott 32, has launched a Saturday brunch, bringing diners an opportunity to sample highlights from its celebrated menu, while taking in spectacular daytime views across Bluewater Island, JBR, Palm Jumeirah and the Ain Dubai from the 73rd floor of the Address Beach Resort, JBR.
The brunch will start this coming Saturday 11th March and will be served from 12:30pm-4pm, offering three packages:
Inclusive of Soft Beverages: AED 375 per person
Inclusive of House Beverages: AED 495 per person
Inclusive of Champagne: AED 745 per person
A celebration of contemporary Hong Kong cuisine blended with traditional Asian cookery, the Mott 32 brunch brings a unique opportunity to try an outstanding array of traditional flavours presented in a modern way, with dishes revered across the globe, complemented with its famed mixology, and curated wines and spirits selection.
With the perfect table awaiting every celebration, guests can choose to enjoy brunch either inside the vibrant restaurant where a lofty New York industrial style meets the sleek elegance of the traditional oriental aesthetic, or on the open-air terrace, complete with jaw-dropping views of some of Dubai’s most iconic destinations.
To begin, guests can savour flavour-packed starters of Fried Squid with Crispy Baby Corn, and Wood Ear Mushroom with Coriander Ginger, Garlic and Aged Balsamic Vinegar and Shredded 42 Days Peking Duck Salad, Beetroot Crispy Taro, Citrus Truffle Dressing.
A glorious choice of Dim Sum such as Wild Mushroom Dumplings with Black Truffle, Vegetable Spring Roll, King Prawn Haw Gow, and Chicken and Prawn Siew Mai offer further mouth-watering appetisers before the main courses, to name a few; a magnificent array of traditional rice with a modern flair, such as Sweet & Sour Chicken with Dragon Fruit and Aged Black Vinegar, and King Prawns with Black Pepper, Garlic and Soya Sauce.
For dessert, guests can enjoy signature creations such as the Sesame Tart with Lime & Sea Salt and Pine Nuts and the Almond & Chocolate, Oolong Tea “Xiao Long Bao”.
The hand-picked brunch beverage selection includes wines, spirits, and Mott 32’s signature cocktails (which can be enjoyed as part of the three packages noted above) Guests can try Forbidden Rose, an expert mix of Vanilla-Infused pisco, passion fruit, lychee, chili, and lemon and Hong Kong Ice Tea, a refreshing concoction of Jasmine tea, Blanco Tequila, Lillet Blanc and blackcurrant.
The Mott 32 kitchens around the globe are overseen by Michelin- star-awarded Group Chinese Executive Chef Lee Man Sing, while Executive Chef Frankie Yang Tao, is on-the-ground leading the Dubai kitchen, with the restaurant’s heralded forward-looking approach to Asian cuisine.
For exclusive private dinners and large group events, two semi-private rooms are available including the Lotus Room which can accommodate 12 and the Amber Room, which can accommodate up to 26 guests. For complete privacy, the Opal Room (which has floor to ceiling windows boasting stunning views of the sea and Dubai skyline) can host up to 10 guests.
