The popular homegrown eatery One Life in JVC introduces eight Neapolitan pizzas and six new Panuozzo sandwiches at its best, straight out of the wood-fired pizza oven. Starting from AED 50, the menu features eight wood-fired artisan pizza flavours that will make you come back for more. The pizzas and Panuozzo sandwiches at One Life JVC are made with 24-hour fermented dough. Fermenting the dough improves the texture, making it lighter and easier to digest as well as creating those signature air bubbles in the crust, while cooked in a wood-burning oven at 800F.
The extensive menu at One Life includes 8 Neapolitan pizzas, made with homemade tomato sauce and fresh Mozzarella cheese. Guests can opt for five vegetarian options including the Classic Margherita with fresh mozzarella and homemade tomato sauce, Lunas over the Moon! topped with onions, green peppers, kalamata olives, mushrooms and fresh mozzarella, Siciliana with fried eggplant, fresh rocket, mozzarella and parmesan shavings, green chillies and capers, Get the Focaccia with garlic, parmesan, mozzarella and rosemary. And lastly the mouth-watering tomato based Burrata Pesto with toasted pine nuts and Fresh rocket. Vegans can opt for the Marina with confit garlic roasted with fresh rosemary and Italian tomato & red pepper sauce. Meat lovers are in for a treat 2 options including the Chillaboudit with veal sausage, pepperoni, onions, garlic & green chillies with fresh mozzarella, and White Party with thinly sliced brisket and caramelised onions on a mushroom cream base and topped with fresh mozzarella and shaved truffle.
Adding to this already impressive line-up, One Life encourages you to Do Your Own Thing with the offer to customise your Marinara-base pizza with 14 topping options. The add-ons selection includes a variety of premium ingredients such as veal sausages, burrata and house-made basil pesto, for an experience truly personalized to your taste buds.
If that wasn’t enough, One Life’s Panuozzo Sandwiches are made with 24-hour fermented dough and toasted in the wood-fired oven. Apart from the classic favourites, Chicken & Avocado, Braised Brisket and Tuna Melt, Chef’s recommendation is the new Burrata & Bresaola with sliced tomatoes, basil, pesto and balsamic reduction.
