Pickl, the UAE’s cult-favourite homegrown burger brand, has officially opened its first restaurant in Jordan, bringing its bold, no-compromise take on fresh fast food to Amman. Located at Vista 4 in Abdoun Corridor, the new opening marks Pickl’s debut in its sixth country worldwide and Yolk Brands’ ninth globally, the latest milestone in the group’s fast-growing growth journey.
A strategic partnership with Al Maysarah Holding
Pickl’s launch in Jordan is supported through a strategic partnership with Al Maysarah Holding, whose local expertise and market insight have played a key role in bringing the brand to the Kingdom. The collaboration lays the groundwork for further expansion in the coming years.
Pickl in Amman
Designed as a relaxed, neighbourhood hangout, the Abdoun outpost spans 134 square metres and features seating for 40 guests indoors and 16 outdoors. The space introduces Jordanian diners to Pickl’s full menu for the first time, from its signature smash burgers and crispy fried chicken to loaded fries, shakes and cult sauces. The restaurant is open daily from 11am to 1am, making it the ideal spot for casual lunches, evening catch-ups and late-night burger runs.
From homegrown favourite to regional powerhouse
Since launching its first store in Dubai in 2019, Pickl has grown into one of the region’s most recognisable fast-casual brands, known for its unapologetic approach to comfort food and its commitment to quality, preservative-free ingredients. Built on its FRESH. FAST. FOOD. philosophy, the brand has expanded with intent across the UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, Egypt, and Saudi Arabia, carving out a strong identity in markets driven by young, experience-led dining cultures.
Jordan marks a natural next chapter in that journey. With Amman’s thriving food scene and growing appetite for bold, contemporary concepts, Pickl’s arrival brings a new player to the city’s fast-casual landscape, one rooted in flavour, personality, and consistency.
Speaking about the opening, Stephen Flawith, Founder and CEO of Yolk Brands, said: “Jordan has always held a special place for me, not just as a market, but as a country with a deep-rooted food culture built on flavour, generosity and genuine hospitality. Bringing Pickl to Amman is a significant milestone for the brand as we enter our sixth country globally, but it’s also a personal one for me. Our Co-Founder and Chairman, Nabil Al Rantisi, is Jordanian, and seeing Pickl open in his home market makes this launch especially meaningful for both of us and for the wider team. We’re excited to become part of the Amman dining scene and to build a long-term presence across the city.”
Yaser Al Rawi, Managing Director of Al Maysarah Holding, said, “Pickl has built a strong regional reputation through its focus on quality, consistency and a clearly defined brand identity. These are qualities that resonate strongly with Jordanian consumers. We’re pleased to partner with Yolk Brands to introduce Pickl to Amman and look forward to supporting its growth across the city.”
With its first Jordanian restaurant now open, Pickl brings its unmistakable energy to one of Amman’s most vibrant neighbourhoods. Delivery to surrounding areas will roll out soon, extending the brand’s fresh fast food experience to even more guests across the capital.
