One of the most celebrated restaurants in London, famous for exquisite yet simple Italian food, Signor Sassi will be a great addition to Dubai’s exciting culinary scene.
Described as the “jewel in the crown of Italian restaurants,” Signor Sassi encapsulates the essence of classic and stylish dining. In a world of ever-changing trendy restaurant concepts, Sassi remains steadfastly an icon of Italian dining.
Scheduled to open in 2023 at St. Regis Dubai, The Palm, the new Italian restaurant will attract a diverse clientele looking for refined Italian cuisine, perfect for cosy dates, high-powered business lunches, and everyday celebrations.

Signor Sassi is the latest addition to SHG’s growing portfolio.
