Curated by chef José Avillez, the Michelin-starred restaurant’s innovative brunch reimagines weekend dining with a leisurely, five-course menu that will take guests on a gastronomical journey across one of Europe’s most historic countries.
The all-new menu introduces diners to José Avillez’s culinary expressivity, with select dishes handpicked from the chef’s celebrated Lisbon-based restaurants including his infamous Tuna Tartar Cones alongside the Apple Margarita and Tempura Cod Cakes. Paying homage to the nation’s expansive coastline which runs from the Northernmost point of the country all the way to the golden shores of The Algarve, the menu features regional delicacies made from the freshest seafood especially flown in from the Atlantic Sea.
Guests can also expect to find Tasca favourites such as Lagereiro Octopus, Piri-Piri Chicken and Algarve Tomato Salad, as well as sweeter signatures such as homemade Pastel de Nata and a selection of Portuguese cheeses.
Taking place every Saturday from 12:30pm – 4pm, the elevated brunch promises to bring the vibrance of Portuguese culture to the shores of Dubai.
