Voted as one of the world’s best burgers in 2022, The Goofy Cow Burger has opened its second Dubai outlet just two months after launching in the city. Located in Dubai Marina, this branch of the casual, friendly diner complements the City Walk venue and will provide residents and visitors to the area with a fresh, tasty and diverse choice of combinations to choose from.
With spectacular views across the marina, the water-facing restaurant is situated in The Residences Marina Gate 2. The Goofy Cow Burger is a specialised restaurant, with the name anglicised from its Hungarian parent, Bamba Marha Burger Bar, which was founded in Budapest in 2015, and is now the largest independent and best burger chain in Hungary.
Gergely Szabo, Co-Owner & Managing Director of The Goofy Cow Burger in Dubai, said: “Dubai has a fantastically diverse population, and makes the perfect choice for introducing the brand to the world. Here we can source the finest ingredients, which we use to make our unique burgers and we’ve chosen a dynamic location for that purpose.”
Juicy, stacked burgers come in a wide range of combinations, from a signature Cheeseburger, to the Mexican, a Sloppy Joe and the pinnacle of indulgence, the Truffle & Foie Gras, as well as chicken and vegan options. Each burger can be combined with one-of-a-kind home-made dipping sauces and are a served in a potato-brioche bun, which is baked fresh every day from their own secret recipe.
The burgers are made using the finest Australian Angus beef, which can be upscaled with Wagyu or made vegetarian and vegan-friendly using premium plant-based brand, Beyond Meat.
“When we investigated the market, we knew we had to make sure we could welcome everyone, and so our menu reflects the various cultures that Dubai represents. We make everything in-house to ensure the quality and the freshness for our menu, and to ensure that what we’re introducing is different and until now hasn’t been seen in Dubai. We’re excited to share The Goofy Cow Burger flavours and bring something new and fresh to the city,” concluded Szabo.
