Chef Saada has always had a foothold in the kitchen. He began building a name for himself in the culinary world when he was 19 years old. He studied at Ecole Ferrandi, then opened his first restaurant Osmose at the age of 25. He also gained a significant media presence following his performance in the Top Chef France program in 2013.
Driven by his bubbling energy and affinity to Mediterranean culture, he focused on a new concept of street food named Bagnard. This amazing Mediterranean canteen was voted project of the year by Gault & Millau in 2014, and currently has two locations in Paris.
Chef Yoni was chosen for his Tunisian Mediterranean twist to his French Mediterranean style using spices, paired with fruits, which is a fusion of east and west flavours. His cuisine stands out by his use of local ingredients and creative taste combinations, which complements our Mediterranean European restaurant Aquario and Chef William’s philosophy of French coastal food.
This collaboration will transport guests to a tour of the Mediterranean countries without the need for them to join a cruise ship. Chef Yoni, the ship’s captain, will deliver a wide range of gastronomic delights from the Mediterranean basin. Guests will enjoy combinations of new flavours created by pairing various spices with fruits. Each dish will be paired with a great Chapoutier wine for a truly memorable flavour!
