URLA’s new vegan menu showcases a divine selection of plant-based dishes, perfect for those looking for refined vegan dining options. Designed to be shared, highlights of the menu include URLA’s Meze Plates, which is a selection of traditional mezes from the Urla region in Turkey, as well as a Baby Spinach salad with beetroot, crushed walnuts and fresh orange finished with a balsamic dressing. The Vegan Ceviche features crispy sweet potato and a combination of the freshest vegetables, while the Orzo Wild Mushroom celebrates a rich and creamy textured Orzo pasta.
The vegetarian menu offers a selection of plates that are ideal for sharing, such as the Meze Bartina, which includes zucchini, carrot, caju nuts and is perfectly paired with crunchy anise bread. Guests can share the crisp Fried Aubergine, decorated with honey and rosemary or the fresh Avocado Salad with kale, mango, pine nuts and pomegranate.
