Established in Dubai, Vivere Hospitality, a hospitality management company, has partnered with local technology company, PocketTrainer. Together they are on a mission to revolutionize staff training across the food and beverage sector by empowering them through tech. Vivere Hospitality will be implementing PocketTrainer across their first establishment, INK Hotel and all future projects.
As Vivere Hospitality onboards new hospitality projects and develops further concepts, streamlining training across food and beverage outlets is a key focus. Vivere Hospitality currently supports with the operations and management of INK Hotel, a 4-star boutique hotel that launched earlier this year. This will be the first property that Vivere Hospitality will implement PocketTrainer into for food and beverage training. The property currently enrolled 10 team members onto the app this month.
The app, which was developed locally by Janos Laszlo, was designed to tackle everyday pain points that managers within the food and beverage industry face. The app allows managers to curate and update inhouse information from the palm of their hands; allowing teams to stay connected and informed. PocketTrainer aims to speed up learning curve of employees, while offering a place to go for centralized team communication. Examples are, changes in dish recipes with new ingredients on the menu, local service standard updates, and inhouse data.
“At Vivere Hospitality, we like to innovate and use technology to our advantage, that is why PocketTrainer is the perfect digital solution to enhance our business. I am excited about this partnership, as we are aligned as businesses about the future of hospitality, offering great service, and leveraging technology to our advantage. Together we can revolutionize a traditionally painful process for F&B managers.” Says CEO & Founder of Vivere Hospitality, Judit Toth.
