Move on to appetisers like the Wild Mushroom Dumplings or the Sesame Prawns on Toast, setting the stage for the main event. Options such as the Spicy Miso Chicken with Egg Fried Rice or the Yuzu Miso Silver Cod with Steamed Rice promise a symphony of flavours. New Sustainable Drinks
Inspired by COP28, Shanghai Me’s sustainable mixology ethos maximises ingredient use to embrace sustainability in their drinks. They have created 3 new drinks that will remain on the menu. The Breakfast Martini incorporates oranges fully—zest for orange liqueur and the fruit for marmalade. The Nori Paloma reimagines the classic with raspberry cordial from unused raspberries and incorporates dried, crushed raspberries and underutilised nori. The Garden Highball enhances freshness using cucumber, infusing gin with grapefruit and rosemary, and repurposes leftover garnishes into cucumber soda for a sustainable and fresh flavourful touch.
