
ENVI Lodges unveils a landmark year of growth in 2026 with the upcoming openings of four new lodges across Saudi Arabia, Tanzania, and South Africa. Each property embodies ENVI Lodges’ philosophy of purpose-driven experiences, immersive design, and a deep respect for nature and local culture.
The portfolio expansion will include ENVI Al Shafa in Taif, ENVI Al Nakheel in Al Ahsa, ENVI Paje in Zanzibar, and ENVI Addo Private Reserve in the Eastern Cape. ENVI Al Nakheel – Opening September 2026
ENVI Al Nakheel is designed as a serene farm lodge in a palm grove, introducing the ENVI brand to one of the world’s largest and most storied oases, the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Al Ahsa in Saudi Arabia. Set within a traditional palm farm with hundreds of date trees, the lodge will feature 25 private pool villas surrounded by lush landscapes that capture the essence of “life under the palms.”
Wellbeing is woven into every aspect of the experience, from treatments rooted in local healing traditions to energising and restorative practices at the lodge’s wellness centre. Dining celebrates the flavours of Al Ahsa through farm-to-table menus, seasonal produce, and dishes inspired by the land.

ENVI Al Shafa – Anticipated opening late 2026 / early 2027
ENVI Al Shafa will be the first high-altitude eco-lodge of its kind in Saudi Arabia. Nestled in the Taif region at over 2,000 metres above sea level, the retreat offers a sanctuary defined by fresh mountain air, sweeping valley views, and immersive wellbeing programmes crafted for all generations.
The lodge will feature expansive villas ranging from one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, ideal for every type of traveller. There you’ll find a wellbeing centre, an ENVI Garden for meditation and farm-to-table harvesting, a cooking studio, an entertainment hub, and creative workshops such as pottery. Programmes will span children’s mindfulness to longevity therapies for adults and rejuvenation treatments for seniors.

ENVI Paje – Opening June 2026
ENVI Paje introduces a serene hideaway to Zanzibar’s iconic southeastern coast. Located along the white sands and turquoise waters of Paje Beach, the lodge showcases a contemporary retreat where guests can reconnect with nature, embrace the rhythm of the ocean, and experience the island’s vibrant culture.
Designed around the principles of barefoot living and holistic wellbeing, ENVI Paje features 22 villas, most of them with private pools, all crafted with local artistry, and a multitude of indoor and outdoor living spaces. Set within a 1,800-hectare, private conservation reserve, in South Africa’s Eastern Cape, ENVI Addo Private Reserve will offer guests a uniquely intimate encounter with wildlife. Just minutes from the famed Addo Elephant National Park, the lodge, the camp has10 safari tents and two lodges overlooking pristine wilderness and a wildlife-rich waterhole.
Rooted in ENVI Lodges’ regenerative philosophy, ENVI Addo Private Reserve places conservation at the heart of the guest experience. The reserve is home to rare wildlife, including black-footed cats, black impalas, sable antelopes, giraffes, and a privately protected herd of elephants ethically relocated through landmark conservation initiatives.
