Overlooking the crown jewel of Dubai Expo 2020 guests can experience the masterpiece of Al Wasl Dome from an entirely new perspective as the world’s largest 360-degree projection dome is merely a stone’s throw away.
Located on the 10th floor of the media centre, visitors can also expect to be taken on a musical journey, soundtracked by house, club classics, modern beats, lounge, jazz and more, with a live DJ on the terrace.
Jubilee Mixology’s signature cocktail list has been inspired by Expos and World Fairs of the past taking inspiration from exhibitions and presenting the cultural, scientific and technical achievements of the world’s countries, nations, societies and communities. Their signature mixes include the London / United Kingdom 1851, Milan / Italy 2015 and Dubai / UAE 2020 – a mix of almond, pineapple, chocolate bitter and lime.
Jubilee Gastronomy is situated a floor below offering unique gastronomy experiences at their signature ‘Chef’s Table’ which seats 30 guests. Hosting an intimate lunch and dinner degustation experience every Tuesday, the world’s greatest chefs will create a signature four and nine-course menu. November’s line-up includes experiences, by Ireland’s Jordan Bailey, Paco Perez, Faith Tutak and one of India’s most loved chefs Manish Mehrotra.
Resident head chef Guilherme Freire has created Jubilee Mixology’s signature bar menu, showcasing speciality dishes to include cured Hamachi, smoked duck and wagyu sandos.
