Chef Gal Moshe has trained under great chefs such as Jason Atherton, Marcus Wareing and Grant Achatz before moving to Berlin in 2012 to open his restaurant GLASS. He was awarded 16 points in the Gault&MiIllau, and for his master craftsmanship and unique cuisine, he was nominated for the Berlin Master Chef Award. In 2020, Prism was awarded its first Michelin Star.
Chef Ben-Moshe will take over the culinary reins of the sophisticated meatery to serve ‘The Director’s Edit’ dinner experience for two nights only. Diners can relish an exclusive six-course menu prepared by Chef’s extensive experience in modern Levantine cuisine combined with a European twist.
Guests can tuck into delicious dishes such as Yellowtail Sashimi with yogurt and mint vinaigrette, ikura, pickled black radishes and tagetes; Lobster with dashi beurre blanc, tomatoes, samphire and artichokes; Camel Tartare with pain perdu, cured local mackerel, egg yolk and Urfa biber; Grouper with unripe grapes, leeks, pickled grilled roses and purslane along with an Australian Wagyu Striploin served with Arabic cabbage, yellow dates BBQ sauce, coffee jus and Nasturtium salad. The meal will be paired with fine grape. An indulgent camel milk with honey ice cream, Earl Grey and white truffles will provide the ultimate sweet treat.
