Seafood from Scotland, a globally respected industry body and the international brand representing the Scottish seafood industry, threw a spectacular party last Wednesday on the 75th floor of the SLS Hotel & Residences Dubai to introduce themselves to key buyers and food influencers in Dubai.
The fun-filled evening featured magical live performances, glittering views of downtown Dubai and the rare chance to experience some of the world’s finest seafood from the cold waters of Scotland.
The room was filled with high-profile attendees who enjoyed a selection of beverages, seafood canapes and a three-course dinner showcasing the best Seafood Scotland produce available in the UAE from award-winning farm-raised salmon to langoustines and lobster. The menu, curated exclusively by SLS’s Executive Chef Felipe Alvear, Executive Chef Pierre Chambon, and their culinary team, was met with positive reactions from some of the UAE food industry’s most influential figures.
