This Fall, 99 will race to “Le Petit Portier”, a notorious turn in the road familiar to Formula 1 fans, a double right-hander that tees up one of the trickier stretches of Monaco’s famous Grand Prix. Part of the “Rocher’s” largest and most luxurious real estate development of the 21st century, Mareterra was commissioned by the office of Prince Albert II, and promises to offer outstanding recreational opportunities to high net-worth residents and visitors alike.
“I wanted this new area to embody the excellence and conviviality which distinguish the Principality of Monaco so well. Mareterra will integrate perfectly with our shoreline, and in a few years will be seen as a natural extension of our territory,” explains His Serene Highness Albert of Monaco. The project was geared up by a team of renowned ecologists, architects, designers and engineers to ensure Mareterra remains both aesthetically cutting-edge and sensitive to its environment.
And so, the team that brough you 99 Dubai & Abu Dhabi is set to open yet another restaurant on one of the world’s most coveted dining waterfronts, surrounded by 130 super-prime residences over a land extension of 6 hectares.
“Needless to say, we are thrilled and honored to have been selected by the Principality for this project. This new adventure pushes back the frontiers of 99’s continued commitment to higher taste and what a privilege it is for us to be a part of such an extraordinary endeavor,” says Jaime Castaneda, Ninety Nine SB Investment CEO.
Indeed, 99 will be the only high-end Japanese concept represented at Le Petit Portier’s super-yacht marina, a respected brand that comes as a welcome addition to this new hub for aristocratic fashion, culture, lifestyle, and, of course, gastronomy.
