The owner of Maison Durand and former head chef at Michelin star restaurant Le Normandie presents a seven-course culinary extravaganza combining the best of French fare with Mediterranean influences.
A celebrated name in French cuisine, Chef Arnaud Dunand Sauthier, brings his expertise to Ras Al Khaimah for an exclusive two-night experience at Beach House. Hailing from the Savoie region of France, Chef Arnaud began his culinary journey at the age of 12, training in some of the most esteemed kitchens in the world, which Marc Veyrat, Jacques Lameloise, and Jean-Francois Piège at Hôtel de Crillon.
With his unique ability to elevate classic French techniques, Chef Arnaud led the legendary Le Normandie in Bangkok to earn two Michelin stars in the first Bangkok edition. Today, as the owner of Maison Dunand, he blends typical Savoie and Brittany ingredients with global inspiration, creating dishes that are gastronomically adventurous but truly personal to him.
The exclusive seven-course menu at Beach House showcases the finest elements of French and Mediterranean cuisine. Each dish highlights Chef Arnaud’s mastery, from the delicate smoked eel bricelet with kalamansi to the indulgent kristal caviar with potato and uni, and the perfectly seared Wagyu beef tenderloin with buckwheat and maitake mushrooms. Complementing this culinary journey is an expertly curated wine pairing, designed to enhance every bite of the experience.
