Nestled within the Mandarin Oriental Jumeirah, Beluga Bar & Restaurant unveils a cheeky new Caviar snack menu by Executive Chef Giovanni Papi, inviting guests to experience caviar through a playful, casual-yet-refined lens. Chef Papi’s latest creations aren’t about ceremony – just pure deliciousness. The new menu, with bites starting at just 29 dhs, captures the global shift toward a more effortless kind of luxury: small plates, bold flavours, and bites that showcase caviar in a reimagined way – bites that feel as refined as they are approachable.
Diners can start their snack session with Not Another Chicken Nugget (AED 55) – a witty nod to Dubai’s viral chicken-nuggets-and-caviar craze. Crafted from flaked sturgeon and Imperial caviar, it’s subversively on-trend.
Continue with the Baby Potato topped with sour cream and Royal Baerii caviar (AED 29), a delicate play of texture and creaminess, or try the Beluga Bruschetta (AED 39), where crisp focaccia meets girolle mushrooms, truffle cheese mayo, and a touch of caviar. Sardinian Arancini (AED 45), made with fregula, Jerusalem artichoke, and pecorino, brings a comforting hint of Mediterranean warmth.
The Caviar Oyster (AED 85) with Fine de Claire oyster and Sicilian red prawn delivers a more classic expression of luxury, while the Beluga Burrata Bomb – creamy burrata IGP adorned with gold and bursting with Royal Baerii caviar – offers a fresh twist on a Dubai favourite.
Each dish is crafted to pair effortlessly with Beluga’s curated selection of premium Champagnes and vodkas. Whether it’s the Caviar Pizzetta – topped with Wagyu tartare and Oscietra caviar (AED 99), or wild smoked salmon with crème fraîche and Imperial caviar (AED 69), each plate tells its own delicious story. The Caviar Rolls a must order – toasted buttered brioche filled with Alaskan king crab (AED 110) or Wagyu tartare (AED 99), and the Beluga Steak Slider (AED 85), featuring A5 Wagyu tenderloin, porcini mushroom mayo, and a touch of Imperial caviar.
Desserts follow the same bold spirit – the Gentlemen’s Cheesecake (AED 65) brings together camel milk and Imperial caviar in a beautifully sweet- meets-savoury pairing, while the Caviar Ice Cream (AED 55), in Madagascan vanilla or dark chocolate, concludes the menu on a sweet note.
Beluga’s bar invites you to linger – the perfect spot for a casual aperitivo, where you can sip something sparkling, nibble your way through the snack menu, and ease into the evening. Guests can build their own tasting journey from a line-up of small, elegant bites that make indulgence feel effortless. It’s fine dining, reimagined for the modern Dubai crowd: sophisticated yet easy going, luxurious yet low-key.
