BOCA restaurant, located in DIFC, is set to launch an ode to La Rioja, an area of Northern Spain which is known for its specialties.
Rioja has been cultivated since Roman times for producing high quality olive oils, white asparagus, artichokes, ‘Piquillo’ red peppers, as well as some of the country’s best lamb, beef and game. It’s widely recognised for the complex Tempranillo grape, which matches the deep and rich flavours of the region’s cuisine.
From November 22-28, BOCA’s newly opened terraces in DIFC will take guests on an gastronomical journey through Rioja, with a menu of five sharing dishes and a bottle of red Rioja from Familia Torres’s Altos Ibéricos for AED 345.
The menu will feature dishes such as Emirates Bio Farm Dandelion Leaves Salad, Beef Short Ribs in Rioja Jus, and Suckling Spanish Lamb with Creamy Polenta.
