Brasserie Boulud, located at Sofitel Dubai The Obelisk, is set to launch a new Friday concept – ‘Excuse My Brunch’.
Immersing themselves in an art deco atmosphere, guests can indulge in classics paired with hearty sides perfect for sharing, freshly prepared to the table.
With Chef de Cuisine Nicolas Lemoyne hailing from Lyon, the culinary capital city of France, alongside Chef Joanna de Noble, guests be sure to expect authentic French flavours from across the regions.
On offer is a selection of hot and cold appetisers, including a classic beef tartare prepared tableside, Gillardeau oysters over ice, escargot cromesquis oozing with garlic butter as well as baked creamy Saint Marcellin.
Share main courses like the garlic and herb roast hanger steak served with creamy spinach and the Omani Shrimp en persillade with Focaccia. Wondering about dessert? Mais biensûr. Satisfy your sweet tooth with a platter of French desserts by Executive Pastry Chef Romain Castet, including favourites such as the classic Tarte Tatin, Le Nicolas, Frozen mystère and a fabuleux mousse au chocolat prepared à la minute.
Diners can choose from a selection of beverages and, while sipping on something fruity or sour, immerse themselves in the French art de vivre with music that will transport them straight to the streets of Paris.
The experience comes with complimentary pool access prior to or after brunch at Sofitel Dubai The Obelisk. The feast takes place every Friday starting March from 1pm-4pm, and is priced starting at AED 250 per person for the soft beverages packages.
