Bull & Roo is set to launch The Park, a giant, 3-level F&B precinct, in 2021.
The Park will be home to the three concepts; customers will begin their journey of exploration from the ground floor, from with a garden-style café and gourmet food store to a licensed restaurant, and then up to the rooftop bar with each floor having its own personality and menu.
In true Bull&Roo style, the ground floor will house an Australian-inspired market café featuring a wholesome, produce-driven menu complete with specialty coffee bar, bakery, and gourmet food store. The outside space will house an open-air garden, kids’ playground and market stalls equipped with daily supplies for a weekend picnic or entertaining at home.
The first floor comprises a bustling licensed restaurant and bar. Via The Park’s very own in-house elevator, guests can make their way from the first floor restaurant to the Rooftop Bar, serving a cuisine-specific menu that features a massive wood-fired oven.
