
The Guild celebrates a rising force behind its culinary mastery, Burak Pazarlioglu, now Head Chef of the bustling kitchen. Born of Turkish heritage, Burak is described amongst his colleagues as a dynamic and forward-thinking chef, who has been an integral part of the DIFC hotspot since its debut in Dubai last year. Working closely with Founder and Restauranteur, Tom Arnel, Burak has helped shape The Guild’s culinary identity since its opening, offering a modern interpretation of a traditional brasserie that continues to impress guests and food connoisseurs alike.
With over a decade of experience in some of the world’s most respected kitchens—including LPM Dubai, Jumeirah Zabeel Saray and Shangri-La Bosporus —Burak has perfected his skills in fine dining, menu development, and kitchen leadership. His ability to create innovative dishes, optimise food costs, and maintain high guest satisfaction, has solidified his reputation within the culinary scene.
