Burj Al Arab’s Al Muntaha restaurant has revealed a new menu curated by Chef Francky Semblat.
A protégé of the famous chef Joël Robuchon, Chef Francky has more than 23 years of experience at some of the world’s most celebrated restaurants from Paris to Shanghai and Macau.
