Born and raised in Bristol, United Kingdom, Nathan discovered his passion for cooking at an early age. As a child, Nathan often found himself tucked under the kitchen table, captivated by the sights and flavours of the kitchen, where he first discovered the magic and artistry of the culinary world. Nathan’s career began in Bristol, where he received formal training at several prestigious Michelin-starred restaurants including Wilks Restaurant in Bristol, The Walnut Tree Inn in South Wales, Simpsons Restaurant in Birmingham, and Hampton Manor Estate. During this time, he worked on refining his skills under the mentorship of esteemed chefs such as Tom Aikens, Shaun Hill, and Luke Tipping, gaining invaluable mentorship that shaped his approach to fine dining.
Nathan’s culinary journey has taken him from the heart of Bristol to some of the most renowned kitchens across the United Kingdom, where he refined his techniques and developed his distinctive style.
