Celebrating more than 400 years of Peru’s culinary history, COYA has joined National Ceviche Day celebrations, offering a platter until June 28 to commemorate the dish, which is considered to be a national heritage delicacy.
With three key ingredients – fresh raw fish, lime juice, and aji chili – as its foundation, COYA Dubai’s range of ceviche dishes draws on Latin American and Japanese-influenced flavors to create a range of choices.
COYA’s special platter will include a selection of shared signature ceviches such as the Lubina Clasica and Lubina Ecuatoriana (sea bass), Atun Chifa (yellowfin tuna), Pargo a la Truffle (red snapper), Salmon Nikkei (salmon), Dorada al Coco (sea bream), and Hongos (wild mushrooms). With vegetarian and gluten-free options, the special platter is priced at AED 368.
