Deliveroo has announced the new chapter of its subscription programme, Plus Gold, which packs brand new rewards, personalised service, enhanced perks, and overall greater value for customers across the UAE at just AED 29 a month.
10% Credit Back on Every Order
The upgraded Plus Gold now gives members 10% credit back on every eligible restaurant and grocery order, completely uncapped. Meaning there is no limit to the amount of credit customers can earn on every eligible order. Credits can be utilised on any future orders, giving customers a chance to accumulate rewards over time and enjoy more of what they love.
Premium Service, Anytime
Plus Gold members also gain access to premium care, which includes a dedicated 24/7 support team ready to provide faster, personalised assistance for an experience more seamless than ever before.
Flexible Plans and Exclusive Savings
New ways to save make Plus Gold even more attractive: during the launch period, customers can get 12 months for the price of 8 with the newly introduced annual plan, and enjoy a 30-day trial to explore all the benefits risk-free.
Continued Benefits Already Loved
Subscribers can continue to take advantage of unlimited free delivery, the on-time promise (AED 20 credit if an order is over 15 minutes late), and exclusive offers from participating partners across the UAE.
Nick Price, General Manager at Deliveroo Middle East, said, “Deliveroo Plus has always been about giving our customers the best value and experience. As we work towards becoming a Plus-first business by 2026, we’re optimising and scaling the proposition through new partnerships and benefits. With our latest upgrades, we’re rewarding customers with unlimited 10% credit back, providing premium support, On Time Promise, and creating even more ways to save with annual plans, making Plus Gold an even more compelling choice for our UAE customers.”
With this new chapter of Plus Gold, Deliveroo continues to strengthen its presence in the UAE by combining premium service with innovative subscription features, ensuring customers receive the best in value, convenience, and experience.
Deliveroo is aiming to become a Plus-first business by 2026. With Plus members already spending three times as much as regular customers, twice as likely to try a restaurant that’s new to the platform, and twice as likely to top up their order with non-food products, the enhanced loyalty programme will play an important role in driving growth for Deliveroo.
