Homegrown hospitality group, EATX, makes waves once again with recent team updates: promoting Vitor Lourenço to Group Beverage Manager, formerly of Atlantis The Royal and Rosewood Hotel London. With a degree in Hotel Management, Vitor has over 16 years’ experience across top groups in Europe and Dubai.
Vitor rose through the ranks of numerous bars before joining Rosewood London where he headed up the multi-award winning Gin Bar at Holborn Dining Rooms – widely considered one of the best gin bars in the world. Vitor then went onto lead the Harbour Hotel Group beverage programme across multiple sites in the United Kingdom, winning numerous cocktail competitions and developing his management skills. Vitor oversaw the opening of Cloud 22 at Atlantis The Royal, which is now one of the most popular spots in the city.
Since joining EATX in summer 2023, Vitor has been Beverage Manager at The Guild, tasked with overseeing the three varying bars; The Nurseries, The Rockpool and The Aviary – developing signature cocktails and standards, as well as being responsible for brand activations and training the team to meet and exceed guest expectations. Vitor is more than qualified to take on his new role, now leading, training and developing the talented team of bartenders and sommeliers across the EATX portfolio’s popular licensed venues including: The Guild, Hawkerboi, Franky’s Pizzeria and The Byron Bathers Club.
