Emerald Hospitality Group, the region’s newest F&B operator, has unveiled that it is bringing a brand-new concept to Dubai. Traditional Irish venue McCafferty’s will open its doors in 2021 at the newly opened Circle Mall, Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC).
McCafferty’s, hailed from Donegal Town, Ireland is renowned for its warm welcome and opened its doors back in 2016. The traditional venue has expanded within Ireland, and across the UK and Spain, and is set to open the first venue in the UAE very soon. Located on the rooftop level of Circle Mall, the 12,000 square foot venue boasts a terrace with views of the JVC community and Dubai skyline beyond.
McCafferty’s will offer guests a real taste of Ireland in Dubai. The concept is famous for its traditional Irish music, with the Donegal venue offering live music seven nights a week. JVC locals can expect to enjoy fantastic live entertainment (once permitted), live sport on screens, Irish food featuring dishes such as ‘proper’ fish & chips and best Angus steak from Ireland, together with unique ingredient that can only truly be enjoyed in Irish venues – ‘the craic’.
Declan Boyle, CEO of Emerald Hospitality owns and operates over 35 pubs across the UK, Ireland and Spain and is the mastermind behind McCafferty’s Irish Pubs.He is also one of Ireland’s leading rally car drivers with four championships under his belt.
