Dr. Naim Maadad, CE and Founder of Gates Hospitality, a celebrated visionary in the hospitality industry, has officially announced the launch of his highly anticipated mentorship programme for 2025.
Recognised as a long-standing contributor to the hospitality industry, mainly for his steadfast commitment to developing talent, Dr. Maadad’s mentorship is tailored for aspiring business leaders, ambitious young professionals, and budding entrepreneurs seeking expert guidance to take their careers or ventures to new heights.
With only five exclusive spaces available, selected participants will gain access to personalised insights and regular one-on-one check-ins with Dr. Maadad. Through actionable advice and unmatched expertise, they will navigate the challenges of the hospitality industry with the support of a mentor who has truly “done it all before.”
Should their ideas particularly resonate, entrepreneurs may also have the opportunity to secure potential investment in their promising start-ups as part of the programme.
The mentorship programme marks the next step in Dr. Naim Maadad’s dedication to nurturing the next generation of talent within the industry and giving back to United Arab Emirates. It follows last year’s strategic partnership with Dubai College of Tourism (DCT), a world-class vocational tourism college that drives professional excellence and provided internship and training opportunities with Gates Hospitality.
Speaking about the launch, Dr Naim Maadad, said: “I am thrilled to launch my mentorship programme for 2025, a deeply personal mission to inspire and guide the next generation of hospitality leaders and entrepreneurs.
Having been fortunate enough to work under some inspiring mentors myself, this programme is my way of sharing the lessons I’ve learned, the mistakes I’ve made, and the victories I’ve celebrated during my career. For me, there’s nothing more rewarding than helping passionate individuals turn their dreams into reality and I’m looking forward to embarking on personal growth together”.
Applications to the mentorship programme are now open and should be submitted here before 7 February.
