The 10 million ft2 Al Habtoor City, located on the banks of the Dubai Water Canal is set to feature more than 40 restaurants on completion, a new statement has revealed.
At the centre of the development will be The Atrium, with seven restaurants and bars over five levels, including homegrown and international concepts.
Kamal Naamani, managing director – hospitality and leisure projects UAE, Al Habtoor Group said: “Each of the new venues will have its own distinct personality.
“The mix of concepts has been carefully crafted to ensure that Al Habtoor City will offer an unforgettable experience that every visitor will enjoy, reflecting the brilliant mix of cuisines, cultures and nightlife that Dubai is renowned for.”
Some of the confirmed brands are Blind Dragon Dubai, a luxury Asian cocktail lounge, with private karaoke suites; Zoco, a Mexican/ Latin-American restaurant and lounge; and The Rose & Crown, a traditional English pub.
In addition to this, and to the recently opened venues at St. Regis Dubai, another 10 dining outlets will open within the upcoming 356-key W Dubai – AL Habtoor City and The Westin Dubai Al Habtoor City, the biggest property under the brand in the Middle East, with 1004 rooms.
The hotels are scheduled to be fully operational by the end of 2016.
