Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach has welcomed Mimi Kakushi with open arms to its Restaurant Village in Jumeirah.
The brand-new addition to the resort consists of a modern Japanese restaurant, complementing the diversity of the village’s cuisine which includes Nusr-Et, Nammos and Coya. Serving signature dishes with a twist, Mimi Kakushi promises an evening full of flavours and entertainment, alongside famous trumpeter Fumio Nanri setting the mood.
Its funky name translates directly to “covering ears” and represents an old-time classic, yet quirky bob haircut from the 1920s in Osaka, Japan, mirroring the restaurant’s fun yet sophisticate décor. Mimi Kakushi is run by the same team behind well-known restaurants in Dubai Twiggy by La Cantine and La Cantine du Faubourg.
Travel back in time and through cultures at Mimi Kakushi, where guests will find Japanese dishes including, but not limited to gyoza, sushi, black cod and wagyu beef, along with a contemporary list of drinks and cocktails to match its contemporary art. The restaurant is located in the Restaurant Village at Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach and is open from 6pm to 1am daily.
