Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates has received the Bureau Veritas Safeguard label in recognition of implementing its ‘White Glove Services’ focusing on the well-being, safety, and comfort of its guests and employees.
Bureau Veritas introduced its Safeguard Program to help reassure guests returning to hotels. In collaboration with field experts, the certification process is conducted by the organisation itself, with independent audits to ensure that health, safety, and hygiene procedures and processes are implemented in line with local regulations and best practices.
‘White Glove’ includes practices such as having Kempinski employees wear white gloves when welcoming guests, sanitising stations, enhanced cleaning and disinfection procedures, and more.
Slim Zaiane, general manager of Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates says: “The safety and security of our guests and team members remain our utmost priority. We are very proud that we have taken it further and have been awarded Bureau Veritas Safeguard label amongst the top hotels in the World to receive the prestigious certification.”
