
Globally acclaimed French Riviera-inspired restaurant group, La Petite Maison (LPM) is pleased to announce the appointment of Anthony Paulin-Steinmetz as Group Director of Brand and Marketing. Paulin-Steinmetz brings over 14 years of experience in luxury hospitality and retail marketing to the group, and will be based at LPM’s head office in Dubai.
A seasoned marketing leader with a distinguished career in brand development on an international scale, Paulin-Steinmetz joins LPM from Caprice Holdings, where he held the role of SVP of Marketing based in Miami, where he spearheaded the brand’s expansion into the US and Middle East through innovative PR and influencer strategies, content creation and partnerships. Previous to that, Paulin-Steinmetz held senior marketing roles at globally recognised luxury brands, including Aman, Condé Nast, Adidas, Burberry and Chanel. Having worked in Miami, New York, and Paris, Anthony holds a wealth of global experience in the luxury hospitality and retail sectors, and he will now bring his expertise in strategic planning, storytelling, digital marketing, cross-functional collaboration and revenue growth to LPM.

In a brand new role for LPM, Paulin-Steinmetz will play a key part in driving the brand and marketing strategy to meet LPM’s rapid growth plans. Following the exciting announcement of LPM’s global expansion plans, Paulin-Steinmetz will lead the brand in continuing to explore its French Mediterranean inspiration in new and unique ways that extend beyond the plate, adapting to changing demands, trends and technologies emerging in the hospitality industry. Anthony will support the current team and strategy whilst they continue to improve with new tools and drive towards this vision.
