Three tonnes of eggs, sugar, flour and butter were used to create sweet treats from all corners of the globe including Italy, Russia, Mexico, Sri Lanka, New Zealand, United Arab Emirates and beyond, with more than 40 nations represented in the colossal dessert display.
In order to qualify for the record, each dessert required at least two different ingredients and three or more servings, resulting in a total of 10,056 desserts.
