Marco’s New York Italian, located in Fairmont Bab Al Bahr, will be launching a family-style Saturday brunch.
Launching on February 1 and taking place every Saturday from 12pm to 4pm, the brunch menu features sharing starters including Crispy Calamari, Quarter Salad, Heirloom Tomato & Burrata Salad, Crispy New York Buffalo Wings and American Hot Pizza.
For the main course, diners can choose between Risotto Funghi E Tartoufo, Mac & Cheese Al Fungi, Grass-Fed Beef Sirloin, Oven-Baked Black Cod and Cannelloni Al Funghi with Cheese Sauce. Sharing desserts include Mr. White’s Tiramisu, Warm Chocolate Brownie and Classic 1930’s New York Knickerbocker Glory.
Marco’s New York Italian’s resident duo band will set the mood with jazz tunes, while the restaurant will also offer families with kids two hours of free access to Fairmont Bab Al Bahr’s kids’ club and an upgrade to pool and beach access to all at a 50% discount.
