Bisou’s breakfast menu showcases a wide array of dishes created by Brand Chef Vladimir Chistyakov and Chef Alexander Loshinin to start the day. Options include the signature Bisou Breakfast featuring beef mortadella, fried eggs, tomatoes, olives, hummus, Gruyere cheese, and flatbread, all complemented by greens with pistachio sauce for 95 AED. Guests can also indulge in a luxurious Croque Madame with duck and truffle for 65 AED or savour a Brioche topped with salmon and caviar, avocado, tomatoes, spinach, and a poached egg with béarnaise sauce for 75 AED. For the health-conscious diners, the Bisou Green Breakfast includes quinoa, poached eggs, broccolini, asparagus, cucumber, zucchini, and greens for 90 AED.
Sweeten the mornings with the French toast accompanied by berries and boiled condensed milk sauce for 75 AED, mini cottage cheese Syrniki with whipped cream and strawberries for 70 AED, or a refreshing granola with fruits for 55 AED.
