The updated à la carte brunch menu will feature an exquisite selection of new starters and dim sum, including Duck Salad with Crispy Taro and Citrus Truffle Dressing, Wild Mushroom Dumplings, Spinach Vegetable Balls, French Bean Duck Gyoza, Szechuan Chicken Wontons with Chilli Oil, and Shrimp and Pumpkin Har Gow, all accompanied by a variety of condiments.
For the main course, guests can expect a delightful range of flavours, including Sweet & Sour Free-Range Chicken with Dragon Fruits, Braised Beef with Crispy Potato Chips, Hot Spicy Prawns, Wok Fried Eggplant and Gold Medal Olive Rice.
