From June until September, Alici offers a special Italian lunch experience, this is not a typical business lunch; instead, it provides a genuine taste of Italy with fresh ingredients and exclusive dishes not found on Alici’s regular menu. Diners can delight in unique offerings like Trenette Nerano, Risotto with Saffron, and Seared Pagro fillet. This limited-edition menu marries Alici’s signature dishes with new, prestigious additions.
The name “Pranzo in Costiera” brings to mind tranquil seaside lunches on the Amalfi Coast in southern Italy during summer, capturing the essence of refreshing coastal breezes, salty air, and vibrant regional ingredients. Guests can enjoy:

Santé – Aperitif at Josette
Starting July 1st, Josette invites guests to unwind over four new summer cocktails. This experience, available only at the bar, offers a unique blend of flavors. From a vodka-based creation infused with grapefruit and tonic water to a gin-based delight featuring fresh lemon juice and black currant liqueur. Guests can also dive into tropical vibes with a rum cocktail boasting zesty notes of yuzu and ginger, or enjoy a tequila treat garnished with passionfruit and Tajin seasoning. Relaunch of Sushi and Sake Masterclass at MayaBay
In celebration of World Sushi Day, MayaBay Dubai is relaunching its acclaimed Sushi and Sake Masterclass this June. Led by Head Chef Shane MacNeill, an expert in Asian cuisine, and Wine Director Eleonora Caso, a WSET Level 3 certified sake connoisseur, this intimate, hands-on masterclass will transport participants to the heart of Japanese culinary traditions.
Guests will learn the art of sushi making using the freshest ingredients under Chef Shane’s guidance and discover the perfect sake pairings with Eleonora’s expert explanations. The masterclass concludes with a delectable business lunch, and guests will receive a commemorative goodie bag.
